This brush is used for dry body brushing. Dry brushing is beneficial for your skin and Lymphatic System. Brushing will remove dead dry skin; bring oxygenated blood and nutrients to the surface thus feeding our skin. Also since our lymphatic system relies on muscle movement to circulate, dry brushing is another tool to cleanse this system.

Instructions

Perform this procedure before you bath. Using a natural Boar’s brush; this will not damage skin; make circular movements on your skin. Start with light pressure until you find what is comfortable for you. You want to make your way to the heart this will encourage the lymph system and blood to circulate and be cleansed. You may start at the feet or neck but remember to work towards the heart.

You may dry brush everyday, in doing so you will notice an improvement in you skin and over all health

Cautions:
Do not get your brush wet. Take care if you have bruising and varicose veins, it is best to use gentle pressure or avoid these areas. If you have frail skin, do not consider dry brushing.

Aromatherpy Oil Burners

Light Ring Burner

Light rings are placed on top of a light bulb, 60 or 80 watts, add drops of essential oil or oil blends. The heat from the lightbulb will evaporate the fragrance into your surroundings. It is best to add theoil before placing on the lightbulb. CAUTION, do not allow oil to touch lightbulb it may break.
