Edens Garden Treasures old fashioned natural handmade soap is fragrantly rich, skin-loving, and supremely luxurious. All of our handmade soap is lovingly handcrafted in small quality controlled batches using some of the Earth's most finest skin-loving natural ingredients such as cold pressed oils, pure essential oils, and herbs. All of the designs or coloring in my soap is created using natural pigments, clays, herbs, and seeds. What you won't find in my soaps are detergents, rendered animal fat, artificial preservatives, hydrogenated oils, or any petroleum products.

Edens Garden Treasures is a small, woman-owned company dedicated to creating the finest natural handmade soap. I am passionate about soapmaking and only the highest ingredients go into all of my products. This dedication is reflected in every bar of soap I sell.

All of our handmade soap products are cruelty free, vegetarian, and are derived from 100% pure vegetable oils, tested only by ever grateful family and friends, never on any animals. All of our soap is enriched with olive oil, coconut oil, macadamia nut oil, castor oil, and sweet wheat germ oil and lye. Yes, I use lye because with out lye you can't make soap. Lye combines with the oils in a process called saponification to produce soap and glycerin. My natural handcrafted soap cleans your skin while the glycerin keeps your skin soft and moisturized

All of the ingredients used in making my handmade soaps were carefully chosen for their many benefits. Moisturizing, cleansing, & soothing just to name a few. Each handcrafted soap batch is hand stirred and cured for a month. During the saponification, a by-product called glycerin is formed. The glycerin is so valuable as a skin care product, the commercial soap makers remove the glycerin from their soap and market it as a by-product. Handcrafted soap still contains this glycerin for the benefit of your skin. Read the ingredient label of the soap you are using at present. Do you know what all the chemical and preservative names are?

The Goat's milk used in my goat's milk soap, gives my handmade bars a wonderfully creamy texture and silky lather. Fragrances are made up of a blend of essential or fragrance oils. Even though no dyes are used, you may be surprised at the range of colors in my soap. Some colors in the soaps are the result of added herbs and spices.

Our skin is the largest organ of your body, it protects you from sun damage, helps to stay hydrated and helps to filter impurities in the environment. Through the year’s sun damage, wind damage, age and environment takes a toll on our skin. One other culprit is harsh detergent soap bars, these soaps do not have the glycerin, which is retained in the natural handmade soap making process. They remove the glycerin and glycerin is natural humectant (a substance that absorbs or helps retain moisture). Use of natural handmade soap does not strip the skin of its natural body oils.
